On August 17, 2025, Dylan Walsh was driving his 2022 Ford Explorer in Rumson, New Jersey, with his wife Leslie Bourque, their children Hudson and Amelie, aged 12 and 13, and an additional adult passenger. Around 5 p.m., the vehicle swerved into the opposite lane and collided with two utility poles, causing significant damage. Police responded to the scene and reported finding an open cooler bag containing multiple empty and open White Claw Hard Seltzer cans in the SUV. Walsh, who appeared very red and looked very confused, informed officers that he had been drinking at a local tavern before the incident.
