Martha Stewart’s ‘perfect’ Grammys afterparty lipstick is made for mature skin — and it’s 40% off

Martha Stewart turned heads at the 2026 Grammys afterparty with a makeup look featuring Laura Geller lipsticks now offered at a 40% discount, catering specifically to mature skin. Her appearance has sparked interest in age-inclusive beauty products, demonstrating the ongoing influence of celebrity endorsements in the cosmetics industry.

Stewart, 83, attended the star-studded event hosted by Charli XCX, Saint Laurent, and W magazine, opting for a flamboyant feathered sweater complemented by a radiant makeup application. The look was crafted by her longtime makeup artist, Daisy Toye, who shared the glam breakdown on Instagram, revealing a mix of Laura Geller’s Italian Marble Lipstick in Berry Vanilla and Modern Classic Lipstick in Novel Neutral for a “perfect nude finish.”

The lip products are designed with skincare ingredients like vitamin E and castor oil, providing all-day hydration without settling into fine lines or feathering. This formulation makes them ideal for mature skin, addressing common concerns such as dryness and loss of elasticity, which has contributed to their popularity among older consumers.

Currently, both lipsticks are available at a 40% discount during Laura Geller’s sitewide sale, with over 2,600 tubes of the Italian Marble Lipstick sold in the past week alone. The sale timing coincides with the viral attention from Stewart’s appearance, likely boosting demand and highlighting the effectiveness of celebrity-driven marketing campaigns.

Beyond the lipstick, Toye used several other Laura Geller products to achieve Stewart’s glowy complexion. These included the Quench-n-Tint Lightweight Tinted Moisturizer for even coverage, the Baked Blush-n-Brighten Marbleized Blush in Sunlit Rose for a soft flush, and the Just Swipe Cream Eyeshadow in Terracotta for a subtle smoky eye.

To define the eyes, Toye applied the INKcredible Waterproof Gel Eyeliner Pencil in both Deep Purple and Brown Sugar, creating a dimensional look that enhanced Stewart’s features without appearing overdone. This meticulous approach reflects Stewart’s preference for classic, elegant makeup that emphasizes natural beauty.

Stewart’s openness to experimenting with new beauty products was noted by Toye, who praised her client for being receptive to recommendations despite her age. This attitude challenges stereotypes that older women are resistant to change in their beauty routines, positioning Stewart as a trendsetter in the mature demographic.

The event and subsequent product promotion underscore a broader shift in the beauty industry towards inclusivity and age-positivity. As celebrities like Stewart embrace and endorse products tailored for mature skin, it encourages brands to develop more targeted offerings and empowers consumers to explore new options without age-related stigma.
