Woman claiming to be Miley Cyrus’ biological mom breaks silence with bizarre claims as lawsuit drama rages on

A woman named Jaymee Lee has publicly claimed to be the biological mother of pop star Miley Cyrus, breaking her silence with a series of bizarre allegations involving sex trafficking and a dismissed lawsuit against the singer’s parents, Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus.

Jaymee Lee, 45, from Arizona, asserts that she was sex trafficked as a child in New Mexico and became pregnant at the age of 12. She alleges that the baby she gave birth to is Miley Cyrus, now 33, and that she named her Miley because of the “miles” she traveled while being trafficked. This claim contradicts the Cyrus family’s account, where Miley was named Destiny Hope at birth and later nicknamed “Smiley,” shortened to Miley.

In an exclusive interview with the Daily Mail and reported by Page Six, Lee detailed her efforts to find adoptive parents for her unborn child. She claimed to have approached several celebrities, including Julia Roberts, Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, and Hillary Clinton, all of whom she said were kind but did not adopt the baby. Eventually, she turned to Dolly Parton, Miley’s godmother, who allegedly connected her with Billy Ray Cyrus.

Lee alleges that Billy Ray and his then-wife Tish Cyrus agreed to an open adoption, allowing her to be involved as a nanny and piano teacher. However, she claims they reneged on this agreement after she gave birth in California, cutting off all contact. Billy Ray has vehemently denied these claims, calling them “false and absurd” in court documents.

The legal battle began when Lee filed a lawsuit in May accusing the Cyruses of breach of contract, fraud, and emotional distress. The case was dismissed with prejudice in October, and a judge ordered Lee to pay Billy Ray’s legal fees, amounting to approximately $7,500. Despite this, Lee remains undeterred and plans to file a new family court suit in Malibu to seek a DNA test from Miley.

Lee’s story took a dramatic turn when she explained that she had forgotten about the trauma due to PTSD. After moving back to Ruidoso, New Mexico, in 2016, she experienced flashbacks and was diagnosed with PTSD at an Arizona mental health facility. It was during therapy that she allegedly remembered being raped and giving birth, leading her to pursue legal action.

In her interviews, Lee expressed that she never intended to involve Miley directly but sees her as evidence of the sex trafficking she endured. She hopes that Miley will agree to a DNA test to confirm their biological relationship, emphasizing that she does not seek to replace Tish Cyrus as Miley’s mother but wants to establish the truth for her own healing.

The allegations have been met with skepticism, given the lack of corroborating evidence and the dismissal of her lawsuits. Billy Ray’s legal team has emphasized that adoptions require court orders in Tennessee, where Miley was born and raised, further undermining Lee’s claims. The story has gained attention due to its sensational nature and the involvement of high-profile names.

Moving forward, Lee’s planned lawsuit in Malibu could reignite the controversy, though legal experts doubt its success given the previous dismissals. The case highlights issues of mental health, trauma memory, and the challenges of proving historical claims in court. For now, the Cyrus family continues to deny the allegations, focusing on their personal lives and careers.
