Big Time Rush Logan’s Knee Busts Open Onstage … See Graphic Pic!!!

Big Time Rush singer Logan Henderson was hospitalized after sustaining a serious knee injury during a concert in Kraków, Poland, on November 21, 2025. The incident occurred as he slid down a stage prop, resulting in a deep gash that required emergency medical attention and stitches.

The accident happened toward the end of the show while the band performed their high-energy song “Love Me Love Me.” According to sources, Henderson’s knee “bust wide open” upon impact with an obstruction, leading to a bloody scene that was captured in social media posts. He was immediately rushed to the hospital in an ambulance, where medical staff treated the wound with a large suture to ensure proper healing.

In a video shared on Instagram Stories, Henderson addressed fans with humor and gratitude, saying, “Hey, Kraków, thank you for a great show. Sorry I couldn’t stay to finish, I was having a little too much fun, so I hit my knee pretty bad and had to get taken to the emergency room.” He reassured everyone that he is doing well and expects to recover quickly, emphasizing that doctors are attending to him and he should be back on stage soon.

Bandmate Carlos PenaVega updated the audience after the incident, confirming Henderson’s condition and the tour’s continuity. The group is currently on the European leg of their “Big Time Rush in Real Life Worldwide” tour, with scheduled performances in Prague and Berlin in the coming days. This tour is a major production, featuring performances of every song from their Nickelodeon television series, which originally aired from 2009 to 2013.

Big Time Rush, consisting of Henderson, Kendall Schmidt, James Maslow, and PenaVega, reunited in 2021 after a hiatus and released their fourth studio album, “Another Life,” in 2023. The tour capitalizes on nostalgia, engaging fans who grew up with the band’s music and show. Henderson’s injury underscores the physical risks of live performances, especially in dynamic shows with elaborate choreography and set pieces.

Despite the setback, Henderson has expressed optimism about rejoining the tour as soon as possible, though his onstage movements may be temporarily limited. The band’s management has highlighted that safety measures are in place, and fan support has been overwhelming, with social media flooded with well-wishes for a speedy recovery. This incident has drawn attention to the challenges artists face on tour, but the positive response reflects the strong bond between the band and their audience.
