Hailey Bieber confirms she has ‘no Botox’ in her face — and reveals the treatments she gets instead

Hailey Bieber has publicly confirmed that she does not use Botox on her face, aside from medical treatment for TMJ, and instead relies on alternative skincare treatments like PRP and PRF injections to maintain her complexion. This revelation, made during a recent podcast appearance, underscores her commitment to natural beauty and transparency in an industry often dominated by cosmetic enhancements.

In a wide-ranging conversation on Owen Thiele’s “In Your Dreams” podcast, the 28-year-old model and Rhode founder addressed persistent speculation about her appearance, firmly stating that she has never had Botox injections in her face. The discussion, which also covered topics like her parenting journey and status as a “nepo baby,” provided a platform for Bieber to set the record straight on her beauty choices. She emphasized that this isn’t a new stance, having previously shot down rumors of plastic surgery, but used this opportunity to elaborate on her reasons and alternatives.

Bieber explained that the only Botox she receives is in her jaw to manage temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorder, a condition she has been open about for therapeutic purposes. She made a personal commitment to avoid cosmetic Botox until she reaches her 30s, at which point she plans to reassess whether she even wants to pursue it. This decision is partly inspired by her mother, Kennya Baldwin, who has never used any wrinkle-relaxing injections and maintains naturally youthful skin, serving as a role model for aging gracefully.

Instead of Botox, Bieber favors several non-invasive treatments that she finds effective and trustworthy. She is a proponent of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy, where her blood is drawn, processed to concentrate platelets, and then injected back into her skin via microneedling to promote collagen production and skin rejuvenation. Additionally, she enjoys PRF (platelet-rich fibrin) injections, which involve creating a gel-like substance from her blood that is injected into areas like smile lines and under the eyes for a plumper, more hydrated appearance.

Bieber highlighted that these treatments appeal to her because they use substances derived from her own body, making them safe and reliable in her view. She undergoes PRF injections a couple of times a year and has also experimented with light laser treatments to enhance her skin’s texture and tone. Her approach reflects a growing trend in the beauty industry towards natural and holistic solutions, moving away from synthetic injectables and towards methods that harness the body’s innate healing capabilities.

Beyond professional treatments, Bieber is meticulous about her daily skincare regimen, which she attributes to her radiant complexion. As the founder of Rhode, she regularly uses products from her brand, such as Glazing Milk, alongside favorites from other lines like Avène, BeautyStat, EltaMD, Naturium, and Cosrx. She stresses the importance of consistency, hydration, gentle exfoliation, and a healthy lifestyle that includes proper nutrition, ample water intake, and sufficient sleep, viewing skincare as an inside-out process.

The revelation has resonated widely with fans and the public, who have praised Bieber for her honesty and transparency in an era often criticized for promoting unrealistic beauty standards. Social media responses have flooded with support, calling her a “refreshing voice” that helps normalize natural aging and self-care practices. This openness not only bolsters her personal brand but also encourages others to prioritize skin health over quick fixes, fostering a more inclusive conversation about beauty and self-acceptance.

As a prominent figure in the beauty world, Bieber’s stance reinforces her brand’s philosophy of clean, effective skincare and authenticity. This incident highlights a broader shift in celebrity culture towards greater transparency, potentially influencing how public figures discuss cosmetic procedures. Moving forward, it may inspire further dialogue on balancing aesthetic desires with holistic well-being, setting a precedent for future generations in the entertainment and beauty industries.
