Anna Delvey reveals secrets behind her shocking makeover and 40-pound weight loss

Anna Delvey, the convicted fraudster known for inspiring Netflix’s ‘Inventing Anna,’ has undergone a dramatic physical transformation, losing 40 pounds and adopting a new look through extensive beauty treatments, which she insists are not the result of plastic surgery.

Delvey, 34, appeared almost unrecognizable in recent appearances, a stark contrast to her demeanor during the 2019 trial where she was convicted of defrauding banks and businesses. She emphasized that her change is due to a dedicated routine of non-invasive procedures rather than surgical alterations, crediting her glam team for the polished appearance.

Her beauty regimen includes advanced treatments such as laser therapy, chemical peels, and PRP (platelet-rich plasma) facials, often referred to as vampire facials, which involve micro-needling to promote collagen production. She also incorporates red light therapy to combat wrinkles, cupping to boost blood flow, microcurrents for skin firming, and regular sessions of cryotherapy and radio frequency for skin tightening and inflammation reduction.

For weight management, Delvey experimented with the drug Ozempic but discontinued it after it caused depression and a lack of energy. She switched to using a vibration plate exercise machine for muscle toning and weight loss, and now follows the ProLon diet plan, consuming between 700 and 1,100 calories per day, often relying on large salads from Sweetgreen as her primary meals.

The increased range of her ankle monitor—expanded to 75 miles—has been pivotal, allowing her greater freedom to leave her home and access these treatments. She continues to fight deportation proceedings and reports to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) monthly, with no significant updates on her case, but she remains compliant and optimistic.

Delvey revealed that she has been in a romantic relationship for two years, which she credits for enhancing her happiness and overall well-being. She prefers to keep her partner’s identity private, joking about him as her ‘house-arrest boyfriend,’ and attributes part of her improved appearance to this personal fulfillment.

Recently, she faced controversy in the ‘Bunnygate’ incident, where rabbits from a photo shoot were abandoned, leading to online backlash and death threats, but she maintains her innocence in the matter. Despite this, she is focused on moving forward and reshaping her public image beyond her criminal past.

Looking ahead, Delvey aims to work on prison reform initiatives and assist former inmates in transitioning to life outside, collaborating on television projects with fashion publicist Kelly Cutrone. She expressed a desire to be known for more positive contributions and is determined to build a legacy that transcends her notoriety as a con artist.
